STEP 1:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix all together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

STEP 2:

Mix 8 ounce cream cheese with 1 cup 10X sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Mix all together. Put on top of Step 1. (Make sure crust is cool.)

STEP 3:

Mix 2 boxes any flavor instant Jello pudding with 3 cups milk. Mix in blender or with mixer. Spread on Step 2. Put in refrigerator to cool and firm. Top everything with Cool Whip. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Serves 12-15.
