HOT BACON DRESSING 
2 slices of bacon
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar

Dice and fry bacon until brown. Beat eggs, vinegar, water and sugar until foamy. Pour egg mixture into cooled bacon grease. Cook on medium high, stirring until thick. Serve over lettuce or spinach.
