HOT BACON DRESSING 
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 slices bacon cut in sm. pieces
1/3 c. onion, chopped

Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside. Fry bacon until crisp; remove from pan. Saute onion in small amount of bacon drippings. Add sauce mixture and bacon and mix together. Pour over clean spinach leaves or romaine lettuce leaves. Toss; serve immediately.
