HOT BACON DRESSING 
1 lb. bacon
3 1/2 oz. frozen lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. onion salt
1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook bacon, remove and save. Cool drippings and add to rest of ingredients. Heat to medium warm when ready to serve.

Wonderful on fresh spinach with fresh onion and mushrooms. Top with croutons and/or toasted almonds.
