3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each. Fill cupcake cups 3/4 full. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees. After cupcake sinks on top fill with a mixture of last 3 ingredients.
