ITALIAN SALAD 
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. plum tomatoes, in lg. chunks
1 c. mushrooms, sm. whole or lg., cut up
1/2 c. pepperoni, diced or thin slices
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, in chunks
1 lg. red onion, sliced in rings
Creamy Italian salad dressing (diet or regular)

Use all fresh raw vegetables. Combine all ingredients and lightly coat with salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Toss frequently to keep all ingredients coated.
