HOLIDAY CRANBERRY JELLO 
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. ground cranberries
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkg. Jello (raspberry or cherry)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1 c. ground orange rind
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine 2/3 cup sugar and cranberries and let juice for 30 minutes. Mix boiling water and Jello together. Combine cranberries, Jello, and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. May be topped with Cool Whip.
