VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box Brussels sprouts
1 (10 oz.) box cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) box broccoli
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 box seasoned croutons sauteed in 1 stick butter

Cook vegetables one kind at a time in microwave according to package. Cook until almost done. Put all 3 cooked vegetables in casserole dish. Spread mushroom soup over top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with seasoned croutons sauteed in butter. Heat thoroughly in 350 degree oven. Cheese must be melted, croutons will be crisp.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
