SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Shoe Peg or other corn (frozen)
1 can French style green beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper
8-10 Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Mix all together in a casserole dish except crackers, butter and almonds. Crumble crackers on top and drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle almonds on top. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 4-5.
