BETTY'S SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
2 cans white shoe peg corn; drain one, use one with liquid
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Season to taste with red pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper. Melt cheese and butter. add milk, corn, and seasoning.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered.
