KRAUT SALAD 
1 qt. chopped sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can whole kernel corn
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 24 hours for flavors to blend. Stir and serve.
