EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) jar cheese whiz
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. wild rice

Cook broccoli according to package directions, adding onions and celery while cooking. Drain. Cook rice according to package directions. Cook chicken breasts in salted water. Cook, bone and chop chicken. In large casserole, layer rice first, then chicken and then the broccoli. Mix soups together and pour over chicken. Drop the cheese whiz by spoonfuls over the soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 6 servings.
