SOPHIA'S BRISKET | |
1 beef brisket Salt, pepper & garlic powder 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1/2 c. hot water 1 can cream of mushroom soup Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in shallow pan. Dilute onion soup mix with hot water and add 1 can soup. Pour soup mixture over brisket. Add water to just cover entire brisket. Cover with foil and place in oven. After 1.5 hours check meat for liquid. If necessary add water just to cover brisket. Recover with foil and cook for another 1.5 hours. |
