TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. zucchini
6 tortillas
2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1 can olives, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water

In a saucepan, cook meat and onions until brown. Add salt, tomato sauce, pepper, water, chili powder and zucchini, constantly stirring. Put tortillas in a casserole and add meat mixture, cheese and olives. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes with cover.
