TURTLE PIE 
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pt. caramel ice cream, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
1 jar caramel topping
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 env. chocolate drink mix

Combine cookie crumbs and butter in bowl, mixing well. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.

Combine ice cream and 3/4 of the pecans in bowl, mixing well. Spread over pie crust. Spoon caramel topping over ice cream. Cover with half the whipped topping.
