LEFSE 
4 c. dry Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
2 c. warm milk
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
About 1 c. flour or more

Combine potatoes, butter, salt, milk and water; set aside to cool. Add flour when you are ready to roll. Roll as thin as possible. Bake on hot pancake pan or lefse griddle. Turn only once. Brown both sides. Eat with brown sugar and butter. Good.
