ITALIAN ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1/2 c. bottled creamy Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 c. salad greens, bite size
14 oz. cauliflower, bite size flowerets
1 (5 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, cut up
2 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. pitted black olives
Shredded Mozzarella

Mix Parmesan cheese and dressing. Toss with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on Mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate.
