EASY AMERICAN STYLE CHOP SUEY 
4 med. thick pork steaks
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 lg. cans La Choy bean sprouts
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Soy sauce
Rice

Brown pork, onions, and celery in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat until celery is tender. Drain 1 can of bean sprouts, discarding this liquid. Retain the liquid with the other can and add both cans to the pork mixture, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Thicken mixture with cornstarch and serve over rice. Season with soy sauce. A good hot winter dish.
