SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 chicken; boiled, cut into bite-size pieces.

BATTER:

Beat 2 eggs well. Add 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk and just enough flour to make a pancake-like batter. Dip chicken pieces into the batter and fry in deep-fat fryer at 350 degrees until cooked.

SAUCE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 green pepper
1/4 c. sugar
