GAZPACHO 
1 can undiluted tomato soup
3 c. V-8 or tomato juice
2 c. water
1 c. chopped cucumber
1 c. chopped tomato
3/4 chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped Spanish onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. commercial Italian dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cilantro leaves, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; chill at least 6 hours before serving. Serve cold.
