GERMAN PANCAKES 
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
Dash nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Make batter using listed ingredients (1/2 cup egg substitute may be used in place of the 2 eggs). Melt 3 tablespoons butter in oven proof skillet. Pour batter into VERY hot skillet. Bake 15 or 20 minutes.
