GEORGIA DELIGHT

1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix together and frost cool cake. Refrigerate.
