ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 box orange-flavored cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix together cake mix with pie filling, eggs and sour cream using a fork. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Whip cream cheese with dry pudding mix until smooth. Add pineapple and continue to whip. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Cover well and refrigerate until served.
