1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. box orange gelatin
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. orange extract
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients and mix at medium speed until well blended (about 2-3 minutes). Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Glaze with Orange Glaze.

ORANGE GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. coconut
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients well and pour over cake while cake is still hot.
