CAKE:

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake Mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, including juice

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 med. Cool Whip

Mix well and spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
