SAUERBRATED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. crushed gingersnaps
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients and stir with wooden spoon until well combined. Spoon meat mixture into 8 inch square pan or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. ketchup

Combine ingredients in small bowl; spoon over meat. Bake 1 hour.
