AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
2 qts. boiling, salted water
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. hamburger
Chop suey sauce
1 lg. onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/4 lb. cheese, forced through food chopper
1 stalk celery, cut in strips about 1 inch long

Cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain and return to pot. Add tomatoes and cheese; stir and cook until cheese is melted. Cook onion in olive oil until slightly yellow. Add meat and stir until meat is browned. Add celery and add all to noodles with chop suey, salt, and pepper. Serve very hot!
