VEGETABLE MELANGE 
1 can cooked, drained spinach
1 can baby carrots, drained
1 can baby onions, drained
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Layer in large casserole, starting with carrots, then onions, then spinach. Over the top, pour a can of Cheddar cheese soup, diluted with a 1/3 cup of milk. On the top, put crushed crackers and a bit of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
