EASY BUTTERSCOTCH PIES 
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 egg yolks
3 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour

Boil all together and put into baked pie shells. It's best to use a double boiler, if available to avoid scorching the milk on the bottom of the pan.

Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Makes 2 pies.
