GLAZED PEACH CREME 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 fresh peach, peeled & sliced

Or the equivalent of canned peaches, drained

Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Dissolve 1 package Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill 1 hour or until set, but not firm. Arrange fresh (or canned) peach slices on Jello/ice cream mixture. Top with clear Jello. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Serves 10.
