Round steak 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix Place round steak, cut in serving pieces in casserole. Sprinkle with onion soup over meat. Cover with soup. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do not use any salt. | |

SO EASY!!! SO DELICIOUS!!! I added fresh mushrooms sauteed in butter about 1/2 hr before the end of the cooking time. Served w/mashed potatoes, a veggie and fresh cucumbers and tomatoes from my garden. Wish all my dinners were this simple and it was a big hit w/the family.
