ROYAL CHICKEN STRIPS 
3 lb. chicken strips
1/4 c. olive oil
7 oz. green chilies, drained and cut into strips
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated locatelli cheese

Lightly brown chicken strips in olive oil. Transfer chicken to 9x13 baking dish. Arrange chilies over chicken.

In medium bowl whisk together cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 45 minutes. Baste occasionally. Serves 6.
