CHICKEN STRIPS | |
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" wide strips Coat chicken in seasoned bread crumbs. Arrange on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Thread chicken on skewers, one piece per skewer. Add cherry tomato, pineapple or pepper chunk on end if you desire. Serve with Dijon style mustard and honey. |
