SALSA 
20 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & cored, cut into chunks
18 c. chopped onions
1 c. hot peppers
5 garlic cloves, chopped
4 c. bell peppers
2 tbsp. honey or sugar
2 c. cider vinegar

Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Put into sterile pint jars with cap and lid. Makes 32 pints. Process in hot water bath or pressure cooker.
