HAMBURG SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger, cooked & drained
3 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 cans beef consomme
2 cans water
4 carrots, sliced
1 tsp. parsley
Dash of garlic powder
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme

Cook hamburger, drain. Saute onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
