CONEY ISLAND HOT DOGS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin seasoning
2 tbsp. chili sauce

Brown ground beef and drain. Saute onions and green peppers. Combine rest of ingredients. Add to the beef and onion mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot dogs in buns.
