PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 c. sugar
4 eggs (beat well)
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk

Add flour, sugar and beaten egg yolks to pumpkin. Add egg whites beaten stiff. Add milk last. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn oven to 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. If you want more pies, take recipe double.
