PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
2 c. boiled pumpkin
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Combine sugar, eggs, flour, molasses, butter, milk. Pour into 2 (9 inch) pie crusts. Dust cinnamon on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
