STEAK ARABIAN 
2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, red, cut in rings
1 bell pepper, cut in one inch strips
Round steak (1/3 lb. per person)
2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Pimentos
Salt and pepper

Saute onions and bell pepper in oil until limp. Add meat and garlic and saute until meat is browned. Add lemon juice and pimentos and cook 4 to 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice.
