FRIED BEANS 
3 c. pinto beans
1/2 tsp. salt
Dab of garlic salt
Pinch of red pepper
1 tbsp. oil
Dab of onion salt

Cook beans for 1 1/2 hours then remove from pot and put in skillet. Add oil and mash them to be thick. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook additional 15 minutes on low heat. 4 servings.
