FRIED GREEN BEANS 
4 slices bacon
2 cans or 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
1/2-1 lg. onion, chopped
Garlic salt or garlic powder to taste

Fry bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from heat and drain on a paper towel. Fry onion until golden. Drain beans and add to frying pan with onions. Fry until done approximately 10-15 minutes. Crumble bacon and add to green beans. Mix well. Add garlic salt or powder; mix well. Serve hot.
