1/2 stick of butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. bag Oreo's
4 to 6 gummy worms

In a small bowl, mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In a large bowl, stir together pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Combine both bowls until well mixed. Crush Oreos until a fine crumbly mixture.

In a clean, plastic, 8 inch flower pot layer 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 cookies, 1/2 pudding, 1/3 cookies. Chill for 2 hours. Before serving, place gummy worms on top and place an artificial flower in pot. This looks great as a table center piece.
