3 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift above together.

12 egg yolks

Beat yolks 6 minutes.

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. cold water

Gradually add above. Beat sugar and egg yolks 6 minutes, then add vanilla, lemon and water. Sprinkle flour mixture over eggs and beat 2 minutes. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Good cake to make with angel food cake to use the egg yolks.
