TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. water
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Combine the above for marinade. Place 4 rib steaks 3/4 inch thick in shallow pan, cover with marinade; let stand 1 hour. Place on grill cook to desired doneness.
