V. I. P. COMPANY CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar then cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Add yolks and vanilla; mix with fork until dough holds together. Press firmly over bottom and partly up sides of buttered springform pan. Chill before filling.

CHEESE CAKE FILLING:

5 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk

Let cheese soften in a large bowl; blend in sugar, flour and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and yolks, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in milk. Pour into crumb crust. Bake at 475 degrees 10 minutes. Lower temperature to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour longer. Let cool in oven 1 hour more. Cool completely before removing from pan.
