1 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix apples and sugar. Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. The mixture looks odd, unlike usual mixture, ignore that. Bake in a 9x12 greased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
