TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced cooked turkey
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
Sm. can water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Chow mein noodles

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup with mayonnaise; toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
