LEMON CHESS BARS 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together egg, cake mix, and butter. Pat into well greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan.

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over top of crust and bake at 350°F at least 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
