BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed
4 eggs

Cream butter with sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple and fold in bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with baked ham. Makes 6 servings.
