BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Drain pineapple. Combine above ingredients. Pour into a shallow 1 quart casserole. Cover with cubes of bread generously buttered. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes. Serve hot.
